Creating passion: your responsibilities Strategic responsibility for the alignment and continuous development of the IT Service Portfolio and its operability Ensuring transparency and consistency across current, future, and end-of-life IT services Defining and governing service design principles, structures, and documentation standards Collaborating closely with financial management, IT controlling, demand management, service implementation and operations Supporting budgeting, cost allocation models and service pricing mechanisms Providing KPI based regular IT service portfolio reporting (e.g. SLA compliance, utilization, financials, performance) and risk management Driving the maturity of IT service management across the organization Engaging with service owners, catalogue managers, and other portfolio stakeholders Participating in regular meetings and workshops with adjacent departments such as service implementation and IT operation Contributing your strengths: your qualifications Several years of experience in IT Service Mgt., Application Lifecycle Mgt., Portfolio or Catalogue Mgt.
