Stellenbeschreibung: We are looking for a dynamic IT Project Manager for our client, a renowned life sciences company in Basel. This role focuses on delivering strategic IT and digitalization projects that have a direct impact on research, development, and business operations. What You’ll Do - Manage and deliver IT projects within the pharmaceutical/life sciences environment, adhering to strict compliance and regulatory standards. - Facilitate project scoping, planning, and resource allocation in collaboration with international, cross-functional teams. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively. - Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial targets are met. - Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and contribute to the maturity of the PMO. What You Bring - A university degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. - Solid experience (5+ years) managing IT projects, with a strong preference for background in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector. - Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks; experience with Agile methodologies is highly desirable. - Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
