Stellenbeschreibung: For our client, a leading provider of high-security IT solutions that support critical operations worldwide, we are looking to fill the position of IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer (m/f/d) through direct placement. As part of our interdisciplinary and international team, you will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including business units, security experts, and technology partners. Tasks Contribute, implement and maintain automation processes using Automation Platforms Administer and optimize Red Hat Linux Systems, including Red Hat Satellite Manage and ensure data backups with CommVault Monitor, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure in the enterprise datacenter Analyze and resolve issues in the areas of server, storage, and backup systems Contribute to the continuous development of our IT architecture Create and maintain documentation and conduct training sessions for internal teams Requirements Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Solid knowledge of Ansible AWX and automation processes Experience in Linux System Administration (preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux ) Good knowledge of Red Hat Satellite Willingness to perform on-call-duty shifts outside regular office hours on a regular basis Experience in backup administration using CommVault Experience in operating enterprise datacenters and high-availability solutions Knowledge of network administration and security concepts is a plus Structured and independent working style Team spirit as well as a high level of problem-solving and service orientation Benefits An exciting and diverse role in an innovative, high-security environment Modern workstations and a professional IT infrastructure Opportunities for further education and certifications in automation, Linux, and backup technologies Flexible working hours and attractive employee benefits A motivated team with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes
