Your profile: • Successfully completed technical or scientific training/degree. • Extensive experience in project management within the medical technology sector, with a strong track record of leading complex, high-impact projects. • Strong leadership skills with a focus on strategic decision-making, change management, and inspiring cross-functional teams and leading without authority. • Visionary and solution-oriented mindset with resilience and excellent communication skills to influence at all levels. • Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken). • Advanced experience with project management methodologies, tools, and ERP systems. You will be paid on the basis of a full-time position (KV Handwerk und Gewerbe). Your actual pay will depend on your previous experience and qualifications.
