We offer: · A permanent full-time position based in Vienna · Strategic responsibility and international collaboration in the healthcare sector · The opportunity to shape global marketing for cutting-edge diagnostics · An open and purpose-driven environment, shaped by values such as sustainability, equity, diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect · A team that values clear, direct communication and cross-functional collaboration We need you for: · Developing and executing global marketing strategies for allergy IVD products · Managing product launches and driving go-to-market initiatives · Conducting market research and identifying customer and market needs · Strategic planning of targeted multi-channel campaigns to engage hospitals, labs, and healthcare professionals · Collaborating with Sales, Brand & Communications, Product Management, Customer Support, Regulatory and R&D · Supporting KOL management and representing marketing internally and externally · Managing multiple marketing projects and delivering measurable results Your profile: · Education in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field (Master or equivalent) · At least 10 years of experience in marketing in Pharma, MedTech or Diagnostics, ideally in an international context · Expertise in: Marketing planning, product positioning and strategy, customer segmentation and journey design, market research and product launches · Strong communication and presentation skills · Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and project management · Business-fluent in English · A strategic thinker with hands-on mentality and passion for healthcare innovation Your actual salary will depend on your previous experience and qualifications.
