Our clients include renowned companies in ground handling, airlines, and airports across Europe. By using innovative digital solutions, we provide reliable data to optimize usage and costs. We offer a wide range of additional services related to GSE rental: consulting, maintenance, fleet management, training, and more. For our location in Schönefeld, we are looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (m/w/d) Your Tasks: Own Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reporting, Forecasting, and Budgeting cycles Consolidate business units into meaningful financial statements and forecasts (in LucaNet) Prepare and develop the monthly Data Book and Shareholder Presentation Build and lead the FP&A function for the HiSERV Group Provide business insights through ad hoc analyses and presentations Monitor and highlight risks and opportunities in the P&L Establish and drive a monthly cost review process to ensure budget compliance Promote reporting automation and ensure data warehouse integrity Act as deputy to the CFO and sparring partner to the executive management Manage group reporting and budgeting cycles, ensuring on-time, in-full submissions from all business units Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred Experience in FP&A or strategic finance, including in a leadership role Strong knowledge of financial consolidation tools (e.g., LucaNet) Proven track record in reporting automation and optimization of financial systems Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills Strong business acumen and the ability to work with C-level stakeholders Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented mindset Knowledge of the aviation industry, GSE rental, or related sectors is a plus We offer you: A highly professional, friendly, and team-oriented working environment with flat hierarchies A permanent employment contract in a successfully growing international company An attractive compensation package 30 days of annual vacation
