Stellenbeschreibung: Intro ACID is a bakery and coffee shop with locations in Madrid and Berlin. We seek for a team committed to quality, consistency, and detail. We’re looking for a Head Baker to lead and grow with our bakery program, combining hands-on production with team coordination and long-term development. Tasks – Overseeing daily production of bread and pastry across locations. – Delegating tasks to the team, ensuring clarity and follow-through. – Researching and developing new recipes in alignment with seasonality and brand values. – Managing ingredient orders and liaising with suppliers. – Implementing quality control standards and consistency checks. – Designing schedules and rotas for the bakery team. – Collaborating closely with the leadership team to shape ACID’s evolving bakery direction Requirements – Proven experience in baking and team leadership. – Ability to balance hands-on production with coordination and planning. – Confidence in taking decisions, giving feedback, and solving problems. – A strong sense of responsibility, alongside openness to experimentation and learning. – Willingness to commit for at least one year.
