This is a key strategic role where you'll own the content strategy across the entire growth funnel. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by creating and optimizing content that directly drives user acquisition and activation. Activities Content & Growth Marketing Development of a content strategy along the growth/activation funnel Production of activating content (email, landing pages, paid ads, blog posts, case studies, microcopy, etc.) Building content frameworks and experiments for conversion optimization Identification and implementation of new content formats that activate and retain users Analysis of performance data for continuous improvement Close Collaboration with Lifecycle Marketing Co-creation of email sequences, in-app messaging, and onboarding flows Creation of content assets that accompany the lifecycle journey Development of A/B tests to optimize activation & engagement PR & Communications Responsibility for the PR area (topic planning, media contacts, drafts) Development of a coherent, strong brand communication in public Building thought-leadership content (e.g., reports, data analyses, expert articles) Writing press releases, statements, and founder messaging Content Creation & Technical Skills Creation of visual assets with Canva & Figma Building and editing landing pages (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or similar) Production of small social media formats (LinkedIn, possibly other channels) Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints Requirements 1-3 years of experience in content, growth, or performance-oriented marketing Strong sense for copy, storytelling & activating content Very good understanding of digital marketing structures and growth funnels Technical know-how in working with CMS systems and design tools Analytical mindset, data-driven approach High level of personal responsibility, creativity, and drive to get things done Team At Cloover, our mission is to empower 1 billion people to become part of the sustainable world of tomorrow by providing hassle-free access to renewable energy at the click of a button.
