- In Short: We are looking for an growth expert that amplifies our
inbound flywheel as we scale across Europe. ✅ About Klar Klar is the
Data Operating System for growing eCommerce companies - Klar gives
eCom brands a holisitc understanding of their business across their
three main drivers of growth - customer acquisition, retention and
profitability. We work with over 1.000 eCom brands - leading brands
like Sunday Natural, Loop Earplugs, Holy, Maniko, Armed Angels and
hundreds more use Klar to make better decision every day. We deeply
empathise with the struggles of our customers - after having worked
most of the last 10 years in e-commerce companies, we know their pain
and built Klar to help. Our guiding principle is Do Work You Are Proud
Of - we emphasize long-term quality over short term results. Our
Process Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans, the
starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate, we are
willing to wait. Quality always pays off. Most of the process for this
position will be handled by Max. I review your application: Apart from

which I will tell you more about our vision for Klar plus, we'll get
to see whether both our expectations align. We really get to know each
other : We will have a second meeting in which I want to understand
what drives you and where you want to be in the future. You can ask me
anything you want - nothing is off the table. We will talk for as long
as necessary and by the end of it we should both feel comfortable. You
meet my Co-Founders - we value strong fit and alignment within our
team. This gives you and us a chance for a final check. You get an
offer - and hopefully sign it ✌️ If all goes well, this process
should be done within 2 weeks. Tasks About The Position We have built
an extremely efficient inbound marketing flywheel consisting of: Our
existing customers recommending Klar to their network Agency partners
introducing Klar to their customers to get accurate data The eCom
Unity - Germany’s largest eCommerce community with 1300+ operators.
These three components also interact with and amplify each other so
that our tremendous growth thus far has ben driven by 99% inbound. We
now want to bring you onboard to amplify each of these components and
thereby accelerating our growth even further. Here is what your
responsibilities will be: Identify approaches to amplify each
components of our flywheel (SaaS product, agency partnership and
community). This will be likely done through paid ads on Meta and
LinkedIn but does not need to be limited to that. Full
funnel-responsibility - from identifying and creating offers,
developing creative concepts and copywriting, media buying. Ideally,
you should also be comfortable in front of the camera so that you can
record ad creatives yourself in our studio. Support our international
expansion - we very much believe in a relationship-first approach.
Therefore our internationalization will be driven by boots on the
ground first. However, you should support our Expansion Managers in
building our flywheel in new markets. Bring a B2C marketing to B2B -
the marketing of consumer brands like our customers is often miles
ahead of what B2B companies do. We want to you to bring a B2C mindset
into growing Klar. The beauty of this role is that it gives you lot of
freedom to try different approaches. You are not narrowed into a
single product or offer but have different entry points into our
flywheel that you can target. Requirements About You You are among the
best at what you do - we are looking for extraordinarily talented
people that are looking to take their career and knowledge to the next
level. You have 5+ years experience working in growth roles - that
could be either directly at a brand or an agency spanning roles like
growth manager, media buyer, creative strategist. You optimize for
learning - your main motivation to learn as much as possible in
broaden your tool set. You want to work with people of the same
mindset and learn from each other. You are naturally curious - you
have a wide range of interests that you like to explore and are open
to constantly being exposed to something new. Bonus: You have worked
in eCommerce - while a deep understanding of your target group can be
built over time, nothing beats having been in the trenches yourself.
Work from anywhere (but preference for Munich based) - we are building
Klar as a remote-first company. Since part of this role is content
creation, being Munich-based where we have a studio in our office is a
big plus. Fluent in English (and ideally also German) - English is our
internal language but you will need to create ads in both English and
German so being fluent in both is preferred. Benefits ⚙️ Our Offer

of how the best DTC brands operate and detailed insights of what
strategies and tactics work for them. Plus, data from 100s of brands
so that you can see what really work and share that knowledge with our
partners. Multi-disciplinary learning - If we have learnt one thing
over the last years: having a good understanding of different
disciplines is a massive competitive advantage in your career. In this
role you will get exposure to many different functions and work
directly with our content, community and education team. Work from
anywhere - we are building a remote-first company so there is the
opportunity to work from anywhere.
