Start: Immediately Type: Permanent position Location: Berlin, Germany Tasks You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development and our founder on further scaling Gauder and enabling levers for future growth. Analyse portfolio performance across various countries and sales channels, suggesting actions to increase revenue. Assist in expanding our portfolio to other sales channels and ensure data integrity across multiple points of sale. Take ownership of growth projects and coordinate actions with teams like supply chain, marketing, or product development. Gather research, uncover insights and create reports for management as basis for further decision making. Support strategic decisions by analysing sales performance, forecasting trends, and contributing to process improvements and automation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, economics, or a related field Relevant experience from internships in consulting, finance, startups, e-commerce, or other business related fields. Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1) , both written and spoken Excellent analytical skills – confident working with spreadsheets and drawing conclusions from data Hands-on, proactive, and curious – you don’t wait to be told what to do and think one step ahead Structured approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills Benefits Real ownership from day one – you’ll drive sourcing and supplier projects that directly impact Gauder’s growth.
