Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Who We Are We’re a trend-driven beauty brand with a strong focus on UV nail polish, makeup , and cutting-edge beauty concepts . As a company with a strong presence both online and offline—especially in leading drugstores—we are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our creative team. Tasks What You'll Do Photo Retouching & Visual Editing : Clean and precise retouching of product and campaign imagery, including color correction, skin retouching, and creative compositing Layout & Typography : Design for various formats including digital ads, packaging, brochures, in-store displays, and meta content—with excellent typographic placement and attention to visual hierarchy Packaging & POS Design : Create compelling packaging concepts and support the design of retail and counter displays for new launches in drugstores 2D Visualizations : Develop realistic visual mock-ups and presentations for internal reviews, sales decks, or retail planning Production-Ready Files : Ensure all artwork is suitable for professional print production—understanding die-cuts, color profiles, print specifications, and materials Creative Development : Contribute fresh ideas for limited edition boxes, seasonal collections, and product stories that align with brand identity and market trends Requirements What You Bring 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in the beauty, lifestyle , or fashion sector Strong retouching and photo editing skills (Adobe Photoshop is a must) Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience in packaging design , print production , and preparing files for vendors A keen eye for composition, detail , and aesthetics tailored to beauty-loving consumers Experience in 2D visualization and creating product or display mock-ups Solid understanding of brand storytelling , visual identity , and how to translate them across formats Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment Fluency in English (German is a plus) Bonus: Knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D, or Adobe Dimension) Experience with motion graphics for social media or campaign content Benefits What We Offer Growth & Development : Ample opportunities for personal and professional growth within a small, dynamic team—with the chance to take on significant responsibility Dynamic Work Environment : Face new challenges daily, bring your skills and ideas to the table, and contribute to a diverse and inspiring workplace Hybrid Setup : Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model, including the option to work from home Exclusive Benefits : Receive special employee discounts and offers on a wide range of products—including the opportunity to test cosmetics and enjoy treatments from our in-house nail stylist.
