Frankfurt Area Office based/Hybrid you will sell a wide range of
commodities, but also starches/mod. Starches Role Overview: We are
seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and
expand our sales efforts in Germany. This role is ideal for a dynamic
professional with a strong background in food ingredients, exceptional
commercial acumen, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Tasks Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market
share and drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong
relationships with key customers, including food manufacturers,
distributors, and industry partners. Identify and capitalize on new
business opportunities within the food ingredients sector. Lead
contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business development
initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales
and marketing, to align sales efforts with customer needs. Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform
sales strategies. Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team,
fostering a high-performance culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree
in Food Technoloy, Business, Food Science, or a related field. Proven
experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients industry. Strong
network within the German food manufacturing sector. Excellent
negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Strategic mindset
with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
