We've built a standardized AI methodology to systematically uncover each facility's unique optimization blueprint and execute it. This works across all industries, except (glass and ceramics). Using AI, companies leverage their deep process expertise, access to millions of technological solutions and leverage identified cost potential in the autonomous operation of energy assets. For companies to truly win, they must commit: dive deep into their own site data, understand their production flows intimately, and iterate relentlessly with the AI. That’s how they unearth the hidden potential and integrate those non-obvious solutions that only advanced AI can pinpoint. Beyond that, to fully capitalize, companies need an ecosystem: Full visibility of all relevant technologies on the market. Expert support – often from consultancies – to navigate process changes. A fundamental rethink of how they contract and interact with energy companies. Orchestrating these moving parts – ensuring our clients have this support structure – is mission-critical. That's why we need a dedicated Partnership Manager: to strategically build these alliances, accelerate our Go-To-Market, elevate the customer experience, and ensure we dominate the field. Tasks ⛏️ But our AI alone isn't the whole story. To win, our clients must build a complete ecosystem around it: gaining visibility of new technologies, navigating complex process changes with expert consultancies, and fundamentally rethinking how they interact with energy markets. Orchestrating these moving parts is mission-critical. That's why we need YOU: a strategic GTM & Partner Manager to build the alliances that will accelerate our growth, elevate the customer experience, and define the market. You will own the partnership strategy from hypothesis to execution, measurably accelerating our ARR growth and market penetration. I. Architect the Strategy Identify all relevant partnership fields (tech, consulting, energy). Create and test data-driven hypotheses to forecast GTM and ARR impact. II. Prioritize & Validate Evaluate opportunities for the fastest, most cost-efficient growth. Quickly test hypotheses to guide resource investment for maximum return. III. Drive Execution & Close Deals Design contracts from concept to successful launch. Independently lead outreach, negotiation and closing of partnerships. IV. Scale & Manage for the Long-Term Scale successful models and partnerships. Establish frameworks to monitor joined value creation. Requirements ⚙️ Skills and Requirements: Must-Haves: 3+ years of experience working with C-levels and/or consultancies at a partnership level, ensuring you are perceived and respected as an equal counterpart. Proven track record of achieving goals and solving complex problems. Show us what you're capable of! Professional fluency in German and English. Excellent communication abilities with high-ranking stakeholders. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Experience in project management and operational execution. Expertise in creating and analyzing hypotheses and forecasts. Experience in establishing evaluation and monitoring models. Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changing market conditions. Strong data-driven and analytical mindset. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in Startup-Land (either as a Founder or Early Employee).
