- We've seen this profile in ex-founders, agency leads, and hungry
25-year-olds who simply outwork and outthink everyone around them.
Background matters less than bandwidth. Here's who we're looking for -
the top 1% in: 1) GTM Architecture: You don't just run GTM — you can
also engineer it. You optimize ICPs, map buyer journeys, build
outbound sequences, design lead scoring models, and optimize
conversion at every stage of the funnel. Tolls like Claude Code,
Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Attio will be
your daily operating system. You think in systems, you measure in
data, and you iterate faster than most teams can plan. 2) Sales
Instinct: You've managed full sales cycles from first touch to signed
deal — 5k, 20k, 100k € ticket sizes and you didn't need someone
guiding you through it. You can shadow a founder on Monday and
confidently run your own demos by Wednesday. 3) Ownership: You operate
like a founder. You see a gap, you fill it. Pipeline forecasting is
off? You rebuild the model. A process could be 2x more efficient? You
redesign it and ship the improvement before anyone asks. You don't
wait for permission, you move, then align. 4) Structure & Processes:
We've built the first strong foundations — clear processes, solid
systems, real infrastructure. But we're scaling fast, and scaling
means continuously improving what exists and building what's next.
You're the kind of person who makes good processes great, who spots
the bottleneck before it becomes a blocker. 5) Attention to Detail:
You value excellence. Your pipeline is clean.Your outreach copy has
zero typos. Your follow-ups land on time, every time. Because you
understand that in GTM & Sales, the details compound. About SongPush

German Speaking is NOT mandatory for this position, but nice to have.
Aufgaben ****Go-To-Market Architecture: **Constantly optimize & refine
our ICP. Build and own lead scoring and qualification frameworks.
Design outbound sequences and multi-channel GTM motions. Own the CRM
end-to-end: pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and continuous
process optimization. Work closely with the founding team to scale the
GTM engine. ** Sales Execution: Run product demos that make the value
clear and compelling. Close new customers. Expand existing accounts.
Execute outbound across every channel that converts - LinkedIn, phone,
email, and beyond. ** **Growth Engineering: ****Ideate, test, and ship
outbound and growth campaigns. Define messaging, select channels,
write copy that performs. Bring a data-driven, experimental mindset.
A/B test everything, measure what matters, double down on what works.
Qualifikation Who you are: 2+ years of GTM, Growth AND/OR Sales
experience Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead
generation to close deals with ticket sizes between 5-100k €. Deep
fluency with CRM systems, GTM tooling, and sales automation workflows
The ability to not just use tools, but to architect end-to-end
outbound and growth systems. Strong communication and presentation
skills with confidence in client-facing situations in English and
preferably German Experience with GTM stack (i.e. Claude Code, Apollo,
Clay, Instantly, Attio, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.) A proactive,
self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and
accountability. Interest in tech-enabled platforms, media, or
creator-driven business models is a strong plus. Benefits What we
