Aufgaben As one of our first hires, you'll have complete technical ownership of our product, working directly with founders to build a category-defining platform from the ground up. You'll enjoy true end-to-end ownership —from database architecture to user interface—and direct customer impact by shipping features that solve real problems for an industry ripe for disruption. Own the full product experience: Build customer-facing features from database design through beautiful, responsive frontends that users actually love using. Architect for scale: Design robust, scalable systems that handle complex workflows and large datasets while maintaining excellent performance and developer experience. Ship fast and iterate: Work in a high-velocity environment where your code goes from idea to production in days, not months—with the infrastructure and tooling to support rapid, confident deployments. Solve interesting technical challenges: Work with complex, real-world data and build sophisticated workflows that go far beyond typical CRUD applications. We prioritize speed: instant deploys, no infra headaches, and developer velocity over cost. AI is baked into everything—engineers spend above €500 per month for AI tools like Cursor Background-Agents and Claude Code. Our product teams handles small features and fixes with AI agents, leaving you only the hard problems. Qualifikation This is the perfect role for a full-stack engineer who wants to join an early-stage company and build a product that transforms how an entire industry operates. Must-Haves: C1 fluency in German – You'll be building interfaces for German construction professionals and need to understand industry terminology to create intuitive user experiences. 2+ years full-stack experience with TypeScript and React/Next.js – You can build complex, responsive frontends and robust backend APIs without getting stuck on framework fundamentals. Database design and optimization skills – You've designed schemas, optimized queries, and handled complex data relationships. Construction workflows generate intricate, interconnected data. API design expertise – You've built and consumed RESTful APIs, handled authentication, rate limiting, and know how to design interfaces that scale with the business. Startup shipping velocity – You move from feedback to deployed features in days, making fast architectural decisions and iterating quickly. Product mindset – You think like a user first, engineer second . You can talk to customers, understand their workflows, and build solutions that feel intuitive.
