Our Front-of-House is an important part of our philosophy, which is not only focused on exercise itself but emphasizes the importance of the right environment to perform at a high level and to maintain this high level once it's reached. We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for hospitality. We value personal initiative, engagement, a proactive mindset, and original ideas, fostering a work environment that is respectful, considerate, and team-oriented. Tasks Representing Hagius as the first person clients meet when they enter Hagius Welcoming clients, checkin them in and helping them feel right at home Assist clients with their needs, turning any concerns into positive experiences Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio Handle basic administrative tasks Warmly introduce the HAGIUS experience to newcomers, making them feel welcome and excited about our offerings Requirements Proven hospitality experience (hotel, luxury retail, high-end fitness or wellness). Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on creating a welcoming environment for all clients. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Previous experience in a front-of-house or reception role within the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and support the operational needs of the studio.
