team where a small, collaborative and hungry group can achieve the
impact of a 50-person organization. We are looking for a founding
product manager who wants to focus on what truly matters: solving
customer problems. This role: A great opportunity for personal growth
& product development You will join a founding team with deep roots in
scaling successful tech companies. You will work directly as a
strategic counterpart to the Founder, Philipp Römer (ex-VP Product at
Forto & Parloa), co-creating the product vision. Our mission: What

most exciting challenges. We have built an initial software product.
We are using this product to run real customer engagements and
projects to deeply explore customer problems. Our goal: build
something people want! We learn super-fast, iterate very quickly and

together! Tasks Your Mission: discovery, clarity, and leverage You
aren't here to simply execute a roadmap; you are here to write it with
us. You will act as a true entrepreneur, balancing deep empathy for
the customer with high-speed iteration. Deep discovery: Your primary
focus is creating clarity. You will lead customer engagements, listen
deeply to user pains, and extract the insights that define value.
0-to-1 execution: You thrive in the "messy middle" of early-stage
development—taking vague concepts, validating them with real users,
and collaborating with engineering to ship solutions immediately.
Strategic counterpart: You will work side-by-side with Philipp to
shape the company strategy. We need someone who can challenge
assumptions constructively and bring fresh, diverse perspectives to
the table. The "AI-First" multiplier: We aim to achieve massive impact
with a lean team. You will leverage AI as a core part of your
workflow—using it to prototype concepts, analyze feedback, and
generate specifications instantly. Requirements The Profile We Need We
are looking for a specific blend of experience and mindset. We value
mindset and capability over checking every single box: Experience: You
might be a fresh grad with a technical degree, an ex-founder, or a
consultant who wants to build a real business now. You want to learn
how to build a real software product and a company. Relentless
Resourcefulness: You have started something before (a business, a
club, a project). You didn't wait for permission, you took ownership.
Communication: Full professional proficiency in English. Location:
Berlin-based or ready to re-locate to Berlin. We value the
