Experienced founders with logistics background; funded by 20VC and
Supply Chain Ventures . Tasks You are our outbound engine . You build
and manage your pipeline, call freight forwarders, and turn first
contact into revenue. Full ownership, direct line to the founders and
visible impact from day one. Outreach with a smile: Identify
decision-makers, prep messaging, and pick up the phone . Deal
ownership: Qualify, run discovery/demos, multithread, close . Pipeline
& forecast: Keep CRM tight, move deals cleanly through stages, hit
quarterly targets. Feedback loop: Turn objections and win/loss
learnings into product inputs and sharper talk tracks. Scaling: After
proving the motion, recruit and coach SDRs . Requirements 50%
motivation | 40% brains | 10% experience You’re excited about sales
and direct contact with people. 1–3 years experience in B2B SaaS,
consulting, or logistics. Fluent German & English (written and spoken)
- additional languages as a "+” CRM basics (Pipedrive/HubSpot/SFDC);
comfortable with sequencers; phone-led selling. High self-motivation
and persistence Entrepreneurial mindset: You see opportunities instead
of problems You love celebrating success with a young, ambitious team
Benefits Compensation: €55–70k base (based on experience) plus
performance bonus with accelerator . (Six-figure OTE is possible with
overperformance.) Equity: VSOP (virtual shares). Growth: Direct
