Overview As our Founders Associate, you’ll work directly with the
CEO and collaborate closely with the leadership team to keep Medverse
moving forward every day. You’ll be trusted with high-impact
projects across sales, fundraising, finance, and operations, often at
the pace only a startup can offer. This is a role for someone who
wants to grow quickly, tackle real challenges, and see firsthand what
it takes to build a product-driven company scaling across Europe and
beyond. If you thrive on variety, ownership, and making things happen,
you’ll feel right at home. Aufgaben ✅ What You’ll Do Sales &
Business Development: Support the full sales cycle - from first
outreach and product demos to negotiating contracts with large
healthcare customers. Fundraising: Help create compelling materials,
refine our story for investors, and support closing funding rounds
that fuel our growth. Finance & Operations: Own essential processes
like monthly financial housekeeping, invoicing, cash flow planning,
and business case development. Special Projects: Jump into new
challenges as they arise - anything from coordinating partnerships to
refining internal processes. Cross-Functional Link: Keep communication
flowing between teams, making sure priorities stay clear and execution
stays fast. Qualifikation What Makes You a Great Fit At least 1 year
of hands-on experience in a business, operations, consulting, or
similar environment. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business,
management, or a related field. Fluent in German and English.
Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Notion, Slack, and AI
tools. You have a can-do attitude and see no task as too small or too
big. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities
evolve as we grow. Strong organizational skills and clear
communication, both internally and externally. Curious, ambitious, and
motivated to learn about everything from product and sales to finance
and strategy. Based in Munich (or already relocating), with the
flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. Benefits Why Medverse
