Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Join xHeron – Build the first AI Collaboration Environment for Hospitality Operations We're looking for a Founders Associate (Tech / Product) to work directly with our CTO and help build the foundation of our product from the ground up. Berlin | Internship (3-6 Months) | Path to Full-Time Tasks ⁠Design and execute core features to enable seamless AI & human collaboration Create AI Agents that enable our team across all departments Transfer our MVP into a unified solution Help shape technical decisions, from infrastructure to feature development Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate in a fast-moving environment Own what you build — from first commit to deployment Requirements Clear understanding and applicability of Python Knowledgable in data Modeling and PostgreSQL (Supabase experience is a plus) Confident with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines Ability to thrive in zero-to-one environments and love building things from scratch ⁠Analytical Mindset & Problem Solving Skills Nice-to-Have Experience with at least one AI-Agent Framework like LangGraph, Haystack, CrewAI or similar Experience with n8n Benefits ⁠Fast-track transition to full-time + VSOP ⁠Access to all AI Tools (incl. but not limited to Cursor / Claude Code … ) Significant ownership and the chance to shape our core product Deep insight into bootstrapping and building a business Competitive pay and flexibility from day one Closing Whether you're drawn to the thrill of startup life, the chance to build cutting-edge AI systems, or the opportunity to redefine how hospitality teams operate — xHeron is where it happens.
