Stellenbeschreibung: Einleitung We are looking for ambitious students (3+ months) who want to go beyond a "typical internship” to shape the Go-to-Market. As a Founder’s Associate Intern at Pactos , you will work directly with the founders (ex-BCG, WHU) and take full ownership of projects from day one. Pactos is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup transforming how companies manage their external workforce. Our AI-powered platform integrates the entire process end-to-end, enabling organizations to manage external staff in a compliant, transparent, and efficient way. Backed by renowned investors (HTGF, StepStone CEO, Peri Owner) and trusted by leading customers, we are building the category leader in this space. Aufgaben Drive Go-to-Market: Support and execute our GTM strategy – from lead generation to process optimization – in close collaboration with the founding team. Business Development: Run your own projects across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, designing scalable processes and new initiatives. Challenge & solve: Formulate hypotheses with the founders, validate them hands-on in the market, and create data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions. Engage with customers: Work closely with HR, Procurement, and Operations leaders to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable improvements. Prototype & innovate: Use no-code & AI tools to quickly automate and improve workflows. Be a sparring partner: Work side-by-side with the founders on strategic and operational challenges – gaining firsthand experience in building a company from the ground up.
