Tasks As a Founder’s Associate Intern at Cardino, you will be at the center of our marketplace operations, gaining hands-on experience across core business functions. Your key responsibilities will include : Running daily operations of our EV marketplace, at the crossroad of growth, automation, finance, logistics and supplier relations. Designing and implementing new processes to support the next version of our platform, using no-code or hacky solutions to efficiently automate our operations. Collaborating with the product team to improve platform usability by sharing insights, testing solutions, and conducting workshops. Launching and managing growth experiments to increase sales and efficiency. Requirements Prior experience in high-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or investment banking. Know-how in Finance or Operations is preferred. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage complex projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English. Additional knowledge of Dutch, French or German would be a plus.
