We acquire traditional property management companies in succession situations and lead them step by step into the digital future, with automation, AI, and entrepreneurial drive. We’re building a small, high-performing team in Munich . Tasks As a Founders Associate , you’ll be the right hand to the founders . You’ll work at the intersection of Company Building, M&A, Operations, and Post-Merger Integration and have real impact from day one. Strategy & Execution: From large strategic projects to fast ad-hoc topics; You’ll always be in the middle of the action. M&A: Support our acquisition process; From due diligence and financial modeling to integrating acquired companies into our group. Transformation: Understand existing processes, rethink them, and make them scalable with automation and AI. Own Projects: You take full ownership from idea to execution.
