You’ll operate at the intersection of growth, sales, and execution — tackling whatever has the highest impact in a given week. Delvo builds AI agents that transform how enterprises run strategic procurement, offering better negotiations, faster preparation, and measurable savings. We’re a small founding team backed by strong institutional support, scaling rapidly with enterprise customers across Germany, Europe and beyond. Activities Growth & Business Development — Identify and qualify enterprise prospects, build outbound pipeline, run outreach campaigns, and develop partnerships that open new revenue channels. Sales Execution — Join customer conversations, prepare demos and proposals, support pilot rollouts, and help close enterprise deals. You’ll develop a deep understanding of procurement pain points and how Delvo solves them. Strategic Projects — Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: new market entry analysis, pricing strategy, competitive positioning, partnership evaluations. Operations & Scaling — Build the internal systems and processes that let a small team punch above its weight: reporting, KPI dashboards, CRM workflows, and vendor management. Recruiting & Team Building — Help attract exceptional talent, source candidates, coordinate hiring processes, and help shape the culture as the team grows. External Representation — Represent Delvo at trade fairs, industry events, and in customer meetings. You’ll be a credible face of the company from day one. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, high-growth startups, or investment banking — or an equally compelling non-traditional path. Outstanding analytical skills — you can structure ambiguous problems, build models, and translate data into decisions. Execution speed — you ship fast, iterate faster, and don’t let perfect be the enemy of good. Communication excellence in German and English — persuasive customer emails, C-suite presentations, and partner proposals with equal confidence. Entrepreneurial drive — you’ve built something before and understand what it takes to create from zero. Comfort with ambiguity — priorities shift weekly based on customer feedback, market signals, and opportunity. Bonus: Background in procurement, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS. Bonus: Technical literacy — you don’t need to code, but you can talk to engineers and understand product decisions. Team Delvo was founded by three people with complementary strengths: Erik led 500+ supplier negotiations and built procurement Centers of Excellence at PwC. Jonas built AI products and tech ventures at McKinsey and trained as a software engineer at HPI. Darius combined procurement consulting at PwC with full-stack engineering, graduating on the Dean's list from TUM. We're a small, senior founding team based in Berlin - no middle management, no silos. Everyone sees the full picture, from product and engineering to sales and fundraising. As Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with all three founders. You'll join strategy discussions, own cross-functional projects end-to-end, and move between domains depending on where the highest impact lies.
