come. On top of our famous fondue dinners, we regularly host cheesy
activities such as interactive fondue workshops, behind-the-scenes
cheese tour visits to local producers, and fondue & sledding

example and staying close to your team and guests. Lead, train, and

at the table and during our cheesy activities (fondue workshops,
tours, and sledding nights). Make sure guests have an amazing
experience from the moment they walk in until their last bite. Keep
the place running smoothly – from stock and planning to team
schedules and guest satisfaction. Solve problems quickly and keep
things moving, even when it’s busy. Track and boost our online
reviews — you love seeing 5 stars pop up and are determined to keep
our current 4.8 rating on 1,300+ reviews. Requirements At least 3
years’ experience in hospitality. Team leadership experience — you
know how to get the best out of people. Strong English skills, German
is a big advantage. Good with responsibility — you enjoy making
decisions. Positive, organized, flexible, and solution-focused.
