Make sure guests have an amazing experience from the moment they walk in until their last bite. Keep the place running smoothly – from stock and planning to team schedules and guest satisfaction. Solve problems quickly and keep things moving, even when it’s busy. Track and boost our online reviews — you love seeing 5 stars pop up and are determined to keep our current 4.8 rating on 1,300+ reviews. Requirements At least 3 years’ experience in hospitality. Team leadership experience — you know how to get the best out of people. Strong English skills, German is a big advantage. Good with responsibility — you enjoy making decisions.
