Stellenbeschreibung: Einleitung b2venture’s Finance & Operations team is looking for a Finance & Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) to ensure compliant and smooth investment execution, besides ongoing performance measurement and valuations across b2venture’s portfolio companies. Details Start date: as soon as possible Location: Berlin or (partially) remote Aufgaben Your role: As an internal service provider, you will in particular work at the intersection of b2venture’s investment and finance & operations teams facilitating transactions together with both our funds and our vibrant angel community. To succeed in this role you will take ownership of the following tasks: End-to-end transaction support in close collaboration with investment teams, including - Coordinating capital calls, distributions, and other fund-related financial transactions with external fund administrators - Ensuring an overall smooth transaction process in collaboration with our AIFM - Supporting cap table and waterfall modelings for pro-rata and other scenarios - Supporting the onboarding of new investors into our Direct Investment Fund structure Ensuring ongoing integrity of portfolio company reporting data (including ESG) for performance measurement and valuation as part of our audit-proof "single source of truth” solution. Prepare and analyze fund performance metrics and present them in investor reports. Assist with financial presentations during investor meetings and fundraising efforts. Coordination of valuation and tax reports, directly with our investors. Qualifikation Your profile: You have a degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines. You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance, portfolio controlling or fund administration, e.g. with a VC/PE fund, another investment company or a Big 4 / auditing company. You are a detail-oriented perfectionist with the ability to multitask, prioritize and execute projects diligently. You possess outstanding spreadsheet skills and you’re able to quickly learn new tools. You are a self-starter, able to work independently, and take ownership in a high-intensity environment. You are a team player with a strong work ethic, humility, can-do attitude, and a collaborative mindset. You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
