We are seeking a talented Finance Associate / Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin. Location: Berlin / Remote possible / 2 days per week in office Founded in 2015 by industry leaders from McKinsey and Zalando, bonify has gathered substantial investment from renowned international venture capital firms such as Mosaic Ventures and Ribbit Capital, as well as visionary entrepreneurs including the founders of Zalando and Raisin. Your tasks Controlling & Reporting Design, implement, and maintain a KPI dashboard in collaboration with key stakeholders Develop KPI models, validate data, and establish a structured reporting framework Build and maintain forecasting models to support planning and decision-making Implement and manage tools to streamline spend tracking and approval workflows Build and manage budgets and cost structures, aligned with departmental ownership Operational Finance Review and approve incoming invoices and cross-check with contracts/budgets Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements (HGB) Monitor budgets, perform cost controlling and variance analysis Requirements Your Profile Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field > 5 years of experience in a finance role (experience in startups/tech/fintech a plus) Familiarity with SaaS metrics and reporting tools Native German skills & C2 English Experience with tools for data extraction, transformation, or visualization is a plus Structured, self-motivated team player, and eager to build things from the ground up and most importantly: curious, not judgemental What we offer As part of the bonify team, you'll have: The opportunity to take ownership from day one The chance to thrive in a dynamic and flexible startup environment.
