We offer: A highly dynamic work environment with the opportunity to grow in your field of expertise An exciting scope of duties which will scale and develop A full-time position with flexible working hours (within core hours) An environment where you are encouraged to ask questions, make requests and offer ideas An atmosphere created by the thoughts of sustainability, equity, diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect We need you for: Driving digital initiatives in Finance, including automation and workflow optimization Building and optimizing dashboards and KPI reporting with the Head of Finance to support data-driven decision-making Serving as the Single Point of Contact for all technical ERP and FP&A system‑related inquiries Improving processes across Accounting, Controlling and Finance Reporting Collaborating with IT, Operations and other departments to shape a future‑ready Finance systems landscape and support the Finance Next strategy Your profile: Degree in Business Administration (Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or similar) Several years of professional experience in Controlling, Accounting or Finance Process Management Strong understanding of Finance processes and solid ERP system know-how (e.g. BMD, Business Central or similar) Strong analytical skills and structured process thinking Project management experience is an advantage Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge Finance and IT effectively For the cooperation in our team, we offer a payment in line with collective agreement (KV Handwerk und Gewerbe) based on a full-time position.
