highly motivated and passionate: Environmental Health & Safety
Engineer We are seeking ISEP Safety Engineers to join our growing

with the creation of and continuously improve an ISO 14001
Environmental Protection Management System, and an ISO 45001
Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system. Establish the
ESH culture at the future ESMC Fab, enhance the Fab’s ESH program,
and ensure the Fab is in full compliance with all applicable ESH
regulation and requirements. Provide technical, regulatory and process
guidance to address emerging ESH issues. Assist in developing a
contractor ESH management program. Facilitate ESH training in order to
enhance ESH awareness for employees and contractors. Conduct Job
Hazard Assessments, perform workplace evaluations, implement
corrective ESH actions, review new Fab processes for ESH compliance ,
evaluate new ESMC machinery, and inspect waste management status.
Communicate inspection results and associated recommendations.
Organize and facilitate Fab site Safety Committee activities.
Demonstrate the ESMC ESH performance index to all levels of the
organization. Work closely with the Facility Department to continually
lower the impact of the Fab on the environment. Support manufacturing
as a team member. Be a team member advocate for a safe/accident-free
working environment. Work is conducted inside and outside
environments, covering our full site, and any safety activities
Additional duties based on business needs, including ERT (Emergency
Response Team). On-call rotations in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing
environment. Profile Applicants must be legally eligible to work in
Germany and have: Bachelor's degree required. Preference for
engineering or science background including occupational Safety,
chemical engineering or chemistry, mechanical engineering,
environmental science and emergency response/management. A candidate
with experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or other
chemically intensive manufacturing industries is preferred. Be able to
effectively work independently and as a team player to resolve ESH
issues. Knowledge of current safety and loss control practices is
essential. Must be able to apply logical or scientific thinking
principles to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw
valid conclusions in controlled situations, and read and understand
engineering plans and specifications. Must be able to effectively
communicate, both written and verbal, across functional departments
and with external customers, contractors, and suppliers. Must have
experience: 1~3+ Experience in environmental engineering, safety
engineering, or related experience and regulatory compliance practice
is preferred. Experience in emergency response and fire fighting is a
plus. Language Skills: English: Full Professional Proficiency or
Native. German: Basic. Personal Attributes: Good communication and
interpersonal skills, and open to work on cross-functional and
geographically dispersed teams. Able to take initiatives, adapt
priorities and responsibilities to support business needs. Hands-on
participant with a strong sense of ownership. A team player with
leadership skills, able to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced
environment. Goal driven and able to worki in a high performing team
culture. Quick assimilation to new technology. Ability to troubleshoot
complex problems and to own the efforts to address and resolve root
causes. Training/Onboarding: Training in Taiwan for a period of at
least 3 months. *Arizona, U.S.A. Short-term training may also be an
