WHAT YOU DO Analyze market trends and strategic developments to support Code Gaia’s strategy and ESG leadership position. Drive key strategic initiatives alongside the leadership team, supporting customers, prospects, and our community with data-driven insights and execution. Shape and execute growth strategies for both our solutions and organization — from outbound sales motions to marketing campaigns and internationalization. Develop high-impact materials for customer acquisition, strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers. Support day-to-day operations and contribute to scaling processes that keep our business running efficiently and ready for growth. Work cross-functionally with the team on special projects — from preparing a new outbound campaign to organizing new GTM rollouts for new product lines. Embrace AI-native workstyles by identifying automation opportunities, experimenting with new tools, and sharing best practices — helping shape a fast-moving growth culture at Code Gaia.
