- Role : Enterprise Sales Manager Location : Hybrid working from Aachen,
Düsseldorf, Munich or Berlin Competitive Salary and variable Want to
scale enterprise growth with real ownership and visible impact? As
Senior Sales Manager at Modell Aachen, you will take meaningful
ownership of enterprise growth across the DACH market while actively
shaping how we scale in DACH and beyond over the next 1–2 years.
You’ll join a growing SaaS company providing AI-enabled management
systems to large organizations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland,
Belgium, and the Netherlands. You’ll target customers operating in
complex, regulated environments who value substance, credibility, and
long-term partnerships. Work alongside a growing sales team and report
directly into passionate Sales Leader, Fabian. With a flat hierarchy
and short decision paths, you’ll have both autonomy and visibility,
the freedom to execute and direct influence on how our sales
organization evolves. This role is designed for an experienced
enterprise sales professional who values clear responsibility,
strategic relevance, and hands-on ownership of enterprise deals from
first conversation to signed agreement. What you’ll do Own and close
new business : Take responsibility for net-new enterprise deals (500+
employees up to 5000 employees), running the full sales cycle from
prospection to signature Be the ultimate partner : Engage C-level and
senior stakeholders, uncover business critical challenges and position
Modell Aachen as a trusted partner Creatively Engage : Use a
thoughtful and creative mix of digital and personal engagement –
calls, email, and LinkedIn to stand out Advise and drive : Close
consultative and complex sales cycles (~180 days) with average deal
sizes at €40-50k ARR, with a 500k target. This role is built for
someone who wants to stay close to the deal and expects their impact
to be clear, tangible, and valued. You’ll thrive here if you Have a
strong background in B2B SaaS sales environment, with proven success
closing complex enterprise level deal Experience selling into
industrial sectors such as mechanical engineering, manufacturing,
production, transport & logistics, energy or healthcare is a strong
plus A track record selling into structured organizations with
multiple stakeholders and long decision cycles Build trusted
relationships with senior executives and stakeholders Combine
strategic thinking with hands on execution and ownership Bring
curiosity, adaptability and a mindset of continuous improvement Native
level German and professional level English speaker About Modell
