Location: Berlin · Start: Asap · Working model: On-site · Scope: Full-time Tasks Hardware Development: Design and optimise hardware solutions for our robotic systems – from first prototype to field-ready assembly. Circuit Design: Develop circuit concepts and PCB layouts for analogue and digital electronics, ensuring performance, reliability and clean integration. Component Selection: Identify, evaluate and integrate the right electronic components for our systems – balancing innovation, cost and manufacturability. Testing & Validation: Plan and conduct hardware tests to ensure safety, signal integrity and robustness under real-world conditions. Prototype to Production: Support the transfer of prototypes into scalable, production-ready designs in close cooperation with manufacturing partners. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work hand in hand with teams in mechanics, embedded systems and software to ensure smooth integration across all system layers. Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or similar Experience with PCB design tools (e.g. Altium, KiCad or similar) and solid understanding of mixed-signal circuits Strong understanding of sensors, actuators, power electronics and signal conditioning Familiarity with EMC, grounding and safety standards in hardware design Curiosity for robotics and complex electromechanical systems Hands-on mindset, precision, and excitement for fast prototyping and iteration Fluent in English; German is a plus Based in Berlin or ready to relocate — our robots don’t work remotely, and neither do we when we build them Benefits Room to Fail & Grow: We learn quickly, take responsibility and grow through real projects.
