Stellenbeschreibung: JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN ENTHUSIASTIC ERASMUS INTERN! Are you driven, ambitious, and eager to gain hands-on professional experience in a startup environment? We’re building and growing an innovative software company in the heart of Vienna, and we’d love for you to join our journey! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This internship opportunity is available exclusively through the Erasmus program (students only, not young entrepreneurs). Applicants must be enrolled in a university outside Austria as per Erasmus guidelines. Please confirm your eligibility through your country’s Erasmus program before applying. Earliest start date: 2026 / 2027 Before submitting your application, ensure the process aligns with your university’s requirements. Don’t forget to include your preferred starting date and the length of your internship in your application. Tasks As an Erasmus intern in our product department, your responsibilities will include: Support the team in product design and user flow thinking Analyze the needs, behavior, and feedback of our pilot users Design and improve user flows for new and existing features Investigate reported bugs from a UX and usability perspective Map and document real user journeys based on actual usage Define basic UI principles (spacing, buttons, forms, colors, feedback states) Create reusable UI component examples for developers Improve and rewrite unclear UI text and microcopy Maintain clear UX and UI documentation for the team Bring your UX/UI and human-centered design knowledge into the team and help us build strong product practices as an early-stage startup Requirements Ideal candidates for this Erasmus internship will have: Eligibility to apply through the Erasmus program (please note: internships in Austria are not allowed for students enrolled in Austrian universities under Erasmus rules) first experience/passion in UX, UI, Interface, Human-Centered-Technology Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a small team Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level; no certification required). Knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory. Punctuality, politeness, and a professional attitude Preferably, you are studying in the field of Human–Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Centered Design, Digital Product Design, Communication Design, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Intormation Architecture or likewise. Please note: If you wish to write your thesis in collaboration with our company, please discuss this with us in advance, as approval is not guaranteed. Benefits Work Details: We provide a dynamic and inspiring work environment with a young, motivated team where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and demonstrate initiative.
