Financial Reporting & Closing: Execute the monthly and annual closing
processes for both financial and non-financial reporting with
precision and efficiency. Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate in the
preparation of forecasts and budgets, aligning them with the company's
strategic business objectives. Compliance & Control: Ensure strict
adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external
financial regulations. Automation & Digitalization: Actively
participate in the implementation of automation tools and digital
solutions to streamline financial workflows. Cost Center Controlling:
Conductthoroughcostcentercontrollingfor Division
Management,ensuringaccurateallocationandvigilantmonitoringoffinancialresources
Project Participation: Participate in interdisciplinary projects to
improve financial reporting and processes. Anforderungsprofil
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, or a related field with a
focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting. 2 years of professional
experience in Business Services Finance, covering: Controlling or
Consolidation or Tax documentation. Solid knowledge of accounting,
cost accounting, and financial planning. First experience in using SAP
FI/CO and BI tools. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience
with analytical tools. Fluency in English, German highly beneficial
