entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who is ready to drive our expansion
across Europe. As Director Growth & Scaling , you’ll take ownership
of our sales engine, lead a talented team, and build a strong partner
network to scale our proven German market success into new European
markets. You’ll be at the heart of our growth journey — building a
high-performing pipeline, developing trusted partnerships, and shaping
the strategy that will define our next chapter. Tasks What You’ll Do
Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales pipeline Lead,
mentor, and grow our existing lead team Develop and steer external
sales partners while building a co-seller network Establish scalable
reporting structures and performance dashboards Communicate
effectively with executives and stakeholders across the business Take
ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
Requirements What You Bring 4–7 years of professional experience in
SaaS Proven track record in pipeline building and sales management
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking Excellent
communication skills in English and German First leadership experience
(team or project) is a plus Bonus: Experience with reseller networks
or additional EU languages (e.g., Dutch, Swedish …) Above all: a
