For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are currently seeking a Cyber Security Manager. Your Role: - Lead and continuously enhance the organization’s cyber security strategy, policies, and frameworks - Oversee risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability management to ensure robust protection of systems and sensitive data - Coordinate incident response planning and lead actions during security breaches and threats - Collaborate with IT and business leaders to embed security best practices into projects and daily operations - Develop and manage security awareness programs to promote a security-first culture among employees - Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant standards - Provide regular reports to senior management on risk posture, compliance status, and security improvements Your Profile: - Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in IT security roles, including leadership responsibilities - Deep expertise in security frameworks, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, OWASP) - Proven experience in security operations, incident response, and risk management - Familiarity with SIEM solutions, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection technologies - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Fluency in French and English is required What We Offer: - A diverse, challenging, and autonomous role where you can fully apply and develop your skills - Competitive remuneration aligned with your education, experience, and expertise - Outstanding opportunities for professional growth and advancement - A supportive work environment that prioritizes employees’ work-life balance Die DEKRA Arbeit Gruppe ist Teil der DEKRA SE und seit Jahren einer der am stärksten wachsenden Personaldienstleister in ganz Europa.
