work, join us in revolutionizing healthcare . Aufgaben As a Customer
Success Manager at Sonia, you will play a key role in ensuring
customer satisfaction and building lasting partnerships with
healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include: Design,
implement, and scale CS processes from scratch — from onboarding
flows to lifecycle management Define and track key success metrics
(activation, retention, churn, expansion) and own their development
Build strong, trust-based relationships with our customers — mainly
medical practices (both SME and enterprise) Deliver onboarding,
training, and proactive account support to maximize product usage and
satisfaction Proactively identify and execute upsell/cross-sell
opportunities Gather structured feedback from customers to help shape
our product roadmap and CS strategy Collaborate closely with Sales,
Marketing, Product, and Medical Advisors to create seamless and
impactful customer experiences Qualifikation We’re looking for a
customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment. The ideal candidate will possess: Required
Qualifications: Proven experience in customer success or medical
roles, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its
processes. Fluency in German (C2 or native) and proficiency in
English; both written and verbal. Excellent communication skills and
the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability
to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage
multiple responsibilities. Proficiency with CRM software, Stripe and
customer success tools. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Expertise in the
medical landscape (specialized knowledge, e.g., dental, is highly
valued). Prior experience in SaaS or HealthTech customer success
roles. Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and workflows. A
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medicine, or a related
field. Residency near our offices for occasional in-person meetings.
