Stellenbeschreibung: Creative Production Coordinator (Amazon) | €28–42K Annual Brutto Full-Time | Vienna, AT | E-commerce (Greeting Cards & Stationery) We are a fast-growing European greeting-card and stationery brand launching thousands of new designs across Amazon EU/UK/US. We are looking for a Creative Production Coordinator who can take full ownership of the workflow from design → listing → print → shipment , working closely with our design team, print suppliers, and Amazon operations. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both creative and operational tasks. Tasks As our Creative Production Coordinator, you will manage the entire lifecycle of our new product launches: Create design briefs using our templates and style guides Coordinate with designers (internal and external) Review and approve designs for print quality Prepare print-ready files and work with print suppliers Generate and manage barcodes (e.g. EAN/FNSKU) using Python-based tools and scripts Create and optimise Amazon product listings Coordinate FBA shipments and track inventory Maintain structured databases and SOPs Ensure high quality and on-time delivery across all steps You will serve as the central point of communication between creative, suppliers, and our Amazon operations. Requirements Core Skills & Experience Proven experience in illustration, typography, or digital design (portfolio required) Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools 1–3 years’ experience in Amazon private-label, catalogue management, or creative production Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience coordinating creatives or designers Ability to write clean, compliant Amazon bullets & titles Understanding of print basics (DPI, bleed, CMYK vs RGB) Basic Python skills or willingness to learn (for barcode generation, batch automation, and simple tools) Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and naming systems Excellent written English Self-driven and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Nice-to-Haves Experience with stationery, print products, or greeting cards Familiarity with Midjourney or AI design tools Experience with flat files / SoStocked German or French language helpful but not required We thrive with people who: Are highly structured and keep things organised Take ownership and follow through to completion Communicate clearly with designers & suppliers Love improving workflows and SOPs Are calm under pressure and deadline-driven Care about quality and aesthetics Benefits Performance-based bonuses linked to design success on Amazon Monthly base pay with volume bonuses and potential royalties Opportunity to grow into lead or art direction role Work in a creative, entrepreneurial, and data-informed environment If this role sounds like a great fit, we would be happy to receive your application.
