reignite it. We’re looking for a Country Marketing Manager based in
Germany to act as the strategic and commercial engine of our German
operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands
cities, culture, and how to turn ideas into footfall. What’s Your

Manager based in Berlin to act as the strategic and commercial engine
of our German operations. Your priority is here in Berlin. We need a
"street-smart" strategist who can reignite the local market, build
deep connections with the city’s social culture, and drive immediate
footfall. We need a "Sales-Marketer"—someone who thinks in startup
mode, isn't afraid to knock on doors, and knows how to analyze data to
understand what actually drives revenue. What You’ll Do 1. Strategic
Execution & Analysis (The "Head") Berlin First: Design and execute the
360° marketing plan with a heavy emphasis on maximizing the potential
of our Berlin venue. Data-Driven Decisions: You don't just "do"
marketing; you measure it. You will analyze campaign performance (CAC,
Footfall, Partnership Leads) to understand what works and what
doesn’t, pivoting quickly to optimize budget. Brand & Ops Alignment:
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure your ideas are
executable. You understand that a great marketing campaign must work
operationally and financially. 2. Commercial "Hunter" & Partnerships
(The "Hustle") Active Sales: You are responsible for proactively
identifying and closing deals with brands, agencies, and corporates in
Berlin. You don’t wait for inbound leads; you go get them.
Partnership Revenue: Drive sales for private events, team buildings,
and shootings. You will treat the venue like a product you are selling
to the partners. Network Building: You will be the face of IKONO in
Berlin, actively networking to secure collaborations that drive ticket
sales. 3. Activation & Social Culture (The "Pulse") Local Culture
Expert: You know the Berlin scene inside out. You know the
influencers, the lifestyle trends, and the key opinion leaders who can
move the needle. High-Impact Activations: Plan and host events that
create buzz. You are willing to roll up your sleeves to make sure an
event runs smoothly. What Makes You a Great Fit A "Go-Getter" with
Structure: You have the energy to hustle, but the discipline to
analyze your results. You can define a plan, execute it, and report on
the ROI. Sales-DNA: You are a marketer who thinks like a salesperson.
You are comfortable negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
Collaborative: You know how to work within a brand framework and
collaborate with Operations teams. You don't break the system; you
optimize it. Startup Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced
environments. You act with urgency. Berlin Insider: You have a deep
understanding of the city's social culture. Requirements Experience:
4+ years in Marketing, Partnerships, or Sales within Entertainment,
Hospitality, or Lifestyle. Analytical Skills: Ability to read data,
understand P&L implications, and determine the success/failure of a
campaign. Network: Strong existing contacts (Agencies, Brands, PR) in
Germany. Languages: Native/Bilingual German and fluent English.
Spanish is a plus. Soft Skills: High energy, high autonomy, and strong
