Our mobile app is unique in its combination of a personalized pregnancy calendar, a health tracker, and a selection of workouts, recipes, and a midwife chat for expectant and new mothers—much of it covered by health insurance at no cost to users. Since our founding in summer 2017, we have been working on our mission with passion, agility, and team spirit and have already supported over 600,000 women. This position focuses on various facets of in-app content management, offering the opportunity to work independently on the creation, maintenance, and optimization of our content. Aufgaben As a Content Associate , you will support our team in developing and optimizing content for our users. In this role, you will actively contribute to ensuring that our content reaches the target audience and provides meaningful value. You will work creatively and hands-on, developing a keen sense for content that is both informative and inspiring. Your tasks will include: Editorial work: In collaboration with our experts, you will facilitate the creation of articles and newsletters that provide our target audience with relevant information and inspiration. Course production support: You will be involved in the pre-production, shooting, and post-production of new video content. Live session moderation: You will help plan, moderate, and evaluate interactive live sessions with our users. Video editing: You will cut and edit videos to create exciting and informative content for our community. Content maintenance and management: You will regularly maintain and update content in our content management system, ensuring smooth and accurate delivery. Data analysis and user feedback: You will analyze user data and survey results to gain insights and optimize our content in a targeted manner. Creator management: You will support the research and coordination of third-party creators. Marketing coordination: You will help with various administrative marketing tasks and basic website management. Qualifikation Your Profile: You have initial experience with content management systems, WordPress, image and video editing, and editorial work. You are interested in analyzing user data and using these insights to improve content. You have very good written and spoken German skills, as well as adequate English skills.
