We are seeking a talented WS to join our Compliance&Operations team in Berlin. Your tasks Support daily operational and compliance-related processes Assist in maintaining internal compliance documentation, checklists, and records Conduct regulatory and market research Coordinate with internal stakeholders on risk and compliance-related tasks Support the implementation of process documentation and policy updates Maintain and update internal compliance and operational tools (e.g. trackers, logs) Engage or partially manage exciting cross-functional initiatives – work closely with the team on operational and compliance topics Requirements Enrolled in a university program in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) Passionate about AI Clear communicator with a structured, proactive mindset Native German skills & C2 English Team-oriented and eager to learn and to participate in a fast-paced environment.
