Responsibilities Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality
standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist,
establishing priority items Prepare ingredients for cooking, including
portioning, chopping, and storing food before use Cook food and
prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner Test foods to ensure
proper preparation and temperature Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
company Food Safety Programs within assigned area of responsibility.
Prepare hot food including working on the grill and also have and
experience of working in the Hot and/or cold kitchen Follow company
and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a
clean, safe, and secure environment Anticipate Chef's needs, including
asking questions to better understand their needs and
watching/listening to preferences and acting on them whenever possible
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature Operate
kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Ensure the proper sanitation
and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers This role requires
the ability to move and lift to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking
for extended periods of time is also a part of the job profile What

Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all
duties and tasks assigned Teamwork-oriented Positive, proactive
outlook, hardworking and outgoing personality - and a fun-to-work-with
energy at all times! Previous relevant experience in Hot and/or Cold
kitchen a Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus Strong working knowledge
