Commercial Partnerships Manager, you’ll work side by side with

Acquisition & Revenue Growth Develop and execute our strategic sales
plan to drive revenue and expand Kickbase’s commercial partnerships.
Identify, engage, and secure high-value media bookings with direct
clients and media agencies, leveraging Kickbase's position in the
digital football environment. Own the full deal cycle — from
prospecting through negotiation and contract closure, ensuring
alignment with Kickbase’s commercial goals and brand positioning.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals Align
closely with Campaign, Community and Product department to develop
innovative media proposals and activation opportunities. Partner
Management & Cross-Team Collaboration Manage key partner relationships
to ensure long-term retention, growth, and satisfaction. Work
cross-functionally within the entire organisation to deliver seamless
partnership execution and activation. Collaborate with our Research
department to leverage market insights, competitor analysis, and
audience engagement metrics to refine our prospects. Represent
Kickbase at industry conferences, trade fairs, and networking events,
positioning the brand aas a premier advertising opportunity. WHAT YOU
BRING Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media or ad sales,
ideally within sports, entertainment, or media industries. Proven
ability to secure high-value media bookings, negotiate deals, and
drive commercial success. Fluent German and English so that language
barriers ar no obstacle for your success. Established network and
relationships with both direct clients and media agencies. Bachelor's
degree in Business, Sales, Sports Management or a related field. WHAT
