We offer you: A permanent full-time position, five-day week, with the option for home office An annual ticket for Wiener Linien (Vienna public transport) and canteen vouchers The opportunity to work in a company where you contribute globally to the quality of life of patients An environment where proactive participation, asking questions, and sharing your ideas are encouraged An inclusive working atmosphere with colleagues from 35 nations and a balanced gender ratio We need you for: Support of distributor and customer meetings, trade fairs, and events both nationally and internationally Preparation and follow-up of presentations and reports for internal events Acting as a contact person for internal enquiries and collecting customer and distributor data Document management of contracts, certificates, and other documents Creation of CRM and training materials for the sales team and other stakeholders Ongoing maintenance of customer and distributor data in the CRM system Proactive support of the international sales team in administrative matters Your profile: At least 2–4 years of professional experience in a similar role Very good knowledge of MS Office Experience in event management Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an advantage Highly structured, analytical, and independent working style Excellent German and English skills Additional foreign languages advantageous Committed and open personality with a high degree of team spirit Your salary will be based on the collective agreement for a full-time position (collective agreement for crafts and trades).
