- Intro We are an AI startup based in Berlin, developing cutting-edge AI
solutions that redefine the way businesses handle client
communication. Our MVP is built and has received an overwhelmingly
positive response from initial customer interactions. We are now
looking for the right Co-Founder to lead the business operations, help
secure funding, and expanding our reach in both local and
international markets. Tasks We are looking for a dynamic and
ambitious Co-Founder to lead the business side including but not
limited to Sales and Marketing efforts. This role requires a highly
motivated individual who thrives in a startup environment, can take
ownership of our go-to-market strategy, and build strong relationships
with potential customers and investors. Key Responsibilities Develop
and execute a comprehensive Sales and Marketing strategy to position
our AI product in the market. Drive customer acquisition, build
relationships, and establish strategic partnerships. Engage with
potential investors and contribute to fundraising efforts. Establish
and grow our brand presence in both German and international markets.
Work closely with the technical team to align product development with
market needs. Represent the company at industry events, conferences,
and networking opportunities. Create compelling sales pitches,
marketing campaigns, and content to attract and retain customers.
Requirements Must-Have Fluent, native-level German and English skills
(mandatory). Strong background in Sales, Business Development, or
Marketing, preferably in SaaS, AI, or B2B sectors. Entrepreneurial
mindset with a passion for startups and disruptive technologies.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work
independently, take initiative, and drive results in an early-stage
startup. Experience in building sales pipelines, customer acquisition,
and closing deals. Ability to think strategically while executing
tactically. Nice-to-Have Experience in fundraising and investor
relations. Familiarity with AI/tech products and their market
dynamics. A strong network in the German business ecosystem.
