As our Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to drive high-impact cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. From translating business goals into actionable roadmaps to improving operations and delivering insights, you’ll be at the center of shaping how JOIN scales. Tasks What you’ll be doing Your work will directly influence JOIN’s trajectory. Here’s what that looks like: Act as a strategic sparring partner to our CEO, aligning company-wide priorities and translating them into structured, actionable plans. Lead high-impact commercial projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely delivery, and efficient resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, facilitating collaboration across departments to maintain momentum and resolve challenges. Support strategy development by identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and tracking progress against KPIs. Drive operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, data-driven process enhancements. Who you’ll work with You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with leaders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct influence on our strategic direction. Requirements What we’re looking for We don’t believe in checklists – but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar. ✔ 3–5 years’ experience in management consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG) or a similar high-paced strategic role. ✔ Strong track record in leading and executing complex, cross-functional projects. ✔ Excellent communication skills in German and English. ✔ Analytical thinker with a talent for breaking down problems and delivering data-driven insights. ✔ Thrive in dynamic environments, adapt quickly, and get things done.
