Aufgaben In category management and purchasing, you will be responsible for the leadership, development and motivation of a global team of approx. 35 employees You will ensure the further development of the organizational structure as well as the definition of efficient processes and interfaces to other areas With an eye on market trends, competitors and customer needs, you will work together with your team to develop and implement a clear assortment and supplier strategy Qualifikation You have a degree in business administration or industrial engineering, or alternatively a comparable qualification In a globally positioned industrial company, you can look back on several years of professional experience in purchasing and category management, ideally in the process industry The efficient design and integration of structure, (matrix-) organization and processes are among your core competencies
