Your tasks: - Managing Capex Dossiers and Investment roadmap - Analyzing investment performance - Defining, understanding and explaining all aspects of the strategy, based upon Airbus business objectives - Translating the strategy into a clear set of activities, shared with the impacted team(s), with the objective of customer satisfaction and intelligent investment roadmap - Defining and developing the objectives hierarchy of the project or product using appropriate strategies, methods and tools - Engaging stakeholders in a governance that ensures effective use of time, budget and achievement of quality - Integrating processes and people from other functions (matrix organizations) - Monitoring KPIs of return and investment as well as project progress and cash phasing - Collecting lessons learned ralted to quality of data - Ensuring active risk and opportunity as well as internal and external contract management Your profile: - Completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification - More than three years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing engineering and project management - More than two years of professional experience in the field of finance und contract management - Good knowledge of process mangement and risk management - Knowledge in Google Workspace - Fluent in English - English, German, French or Spanish is an advantage - Willingness to travel for business (approximately once a month, mainly within Europe) We offer you: - Permanent employment contract - Perspective to be taken over at our customer - Salaries above the general pay scale and incentive compensations (bonus) - Equal pay model - Company pension scheme with employer subsidy - Well-directed training and further education opportunities - Employee recommendation program with attractive compensations (bonus) - Individual and local support and advice - Travel allowance - Assumption of costs for work cloth and health examinations - fleixible working hours and partly home office - Innovative and leading companies like Airbus Operations, Airbus Aerostructures, Airbus Defence & Space, Premium Aerotec, Airbus Helicopters and the aerospace supply industry Interested?
