We’re on a mission to change how startups and SMEs scale: faster, smarter, and without adding headcount. We’re now looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team. Tasks Lead the technical vision and roadmap for Marqea’s multi-agent AI platform. Build and scale cutting-edge agentic models with a focus on adaptability, memory, and strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with product, design, and growth teams to translate market needs into innovative solutions. Drive strategic product development from concept to execution. Shape the company’s technical culture, processes, and future team. Requirements Proven experience with agentic AI architectures and practical deployment. Strong strategic mindset in product development. Fluency in English and German (written and spoken). Open to taking on a co-founder role with equity participation.
