We are looking for an experienced CCO - Chief Consulting Officer (m/f/d) to drive customer success through excellent service and consulting offerings. Aufgabengebiet Strategic leadership for the development of consulting, project office, and customer support functions. Manage projects in terms of time, budget, and quality, with a strong focus on efficiency and customer success. Build and lead a scalable service organization, including nearshore teams and external implementation partners. Develop and continuously monitor key performance indicators to improve resource utilization, project outcomes, and customer satisfaction. Establish and further develop standardized methods, processes, and quality assurance standards in consulting, project management, and support. Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and development to systematically feed customer feedback into strategic product decisions. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer-centric value creation. Anforderungsprofil Extensive leadership experience in managerial / leadership roles within consulting or professional services in the IT industry, ideally with industry knowledge in energy or logistics. Proven success in scaling service offerings, managing complex customer projects, and building high-performing teams. Deep understanding of traditional and agile project management approaches; experienced in international project delivery. Strong customer orientation combined with a strategic sense for market and business trends. Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in both German and English. Comfortable working with both mid-sized industrial companies and global corporations.
